Meet Sam

A community leader rooted in service, family, and accountability.

For more than two decades, Champlin has been home to Sam and his family. He has served through community initiatives, volunteer programs, nonprofit leadership, and public service projects focused on improving quality of life for residents.

Sam believes strong communities are built through collaboration, transparency, accountability, and active citizen involvement. His work has earned respect from residents, business leaders, educators, faith communities, and organizations throughout Champlin and beyond.

Children’s Author

Sam is developing a children’s book titled If Animals Could Talk, inspired by traditional village storytelling and written to encourage creativity, curiosity, learning, and positive values among young readers.

Beyond Public Service

Family, mentorship, storytelling, and community.

Sam is a passionate advocate for fathers, families, and youth. He supports positive parenting, family engagement, fatherhood involvement, mental health awareness, and access to community resources.

Outside of public service, Sam enjoys soccer, environmental conservation, community volunteer work, youth mentorship, and motorsports, especially Formula 1 and IndyCar racing.
